On November 15-19, GZIST showcased for the first time its exhibits at the 25th China International Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) held in China’s tech hub-Shenzhen. GZIST signed with a number of enterprises on hi-tech partnerships. On November 16, GZIST inked the cooperative documents with the following six companies: Shenzhen Qianhai Jia Weiyan Data Consulting Co., Ltd, Modian Dog Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd, Guangdong Jianke Innovation Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd, Zhongheng Supply and Marketing (Guangzhou) New Energy Technology Co., Ltd, Guangzhou Kandide Electronic Technology Co., Ltd, and Dongguan Lvtong Electric Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd.

President Hu Shejun was interviewed by major media including Guangdong Television. President Hu reiterated the GZIST focus upon the determination to develop academic disciplines and enhance innovation by integrating industry-academia-research into an organic whole for productive and positive output.

GZIST’s Eight-Axis Linkage Multifunctional Workstation caught the eye of the CHTF visitors. Tang Luxin, GZIST’s Director of Guangdong Province Engineering R&D Center briefed the reporters on the process of the making of the Workstation. China’s Central Television(CCTV) also covered the Workstation in its popular program CCTVN.
