Attendees are university leaders including President Hu Shejun, Executive Director Wei Fengqin, Executive Vice President Fu Huanchang, and Vice President Zhang Shimei, as well as corporate executives from NetEase Youdao Information Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., including Vice President Zhang Likai of the Industry-Education Center, Assistant Vice President Wang Hui, and General Manager Wu Ruilong of the South China Region. This collaboration marks a new chapter in deepening industry-education integration and fostering in-depth cooperation in the field of digital media education.

At the signing ceremony, President Hu Shejun emphasized in his speech that this partnership innovatively adopts a collaborative education mechanism guided by "industry demand orientation, integration of technical standards, and real-scenario education," providing new solutions to the challenges of industry-education integration. He noted that against the backdrop of artificial intelligence reshaping education, this "deeply integration of industry and education, seamlessly connection of resource" cooperation model will cultivate emerging talent in the digital creative field, create a hub for technological innovation, and potentially pave a new path for digital media talent development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Vice President Zhang Likai of NetEase Youdaos Industry-Education Center stated that NetEase Youdao will leverage its immersive practical platform to unlock students' innovative potential through a "production-guided learning and innovation-driven teaching" approach, injecting new momentum into the future of the digital industry.

Vice President Zhang Shimei and Assistant Vice President Wang Hui of NetEase Youdaos Industry-Education Center signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of the two parties.

Following the ceremony, attendees visited our Digital Mixed Reality Photography and Videography Laboratory, engaging in in-depth discussions on cutting-edge fields such as digital media technology, intelligent interactive design, and digital humans, while exploring new pathways for industry-education integration in talent cultivation.

It is reported that the new Industry College will serve as a key component of the School of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Economy Industry, with enrollment set to begin in September this year. The first phase will feature specialized programs such as Digital Media Technology (Game Development Direction). By forming a "dual-mentor" teaching team, establishing an on-campus project practice and delivery center, and integrating resources from NetEases industrial ecosystem, the college aims to create a tiered empowerment system "Dream Factory Incubation, Delivery Center Training, and Ecosystem Internships" to comprehensively enhance students' practical skills and employability.
