School of Business Administration Human Resource Management 1. Master the basic theory and knowledge of management, economics and psychology, etc.
2. Master the professional knowledge of human resources management and the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods of human resources management.

3. Be familiar with national policies, laws and regulations on human resource management, employment and social security.

4. Be equipped with knowledge of humanities and social sciences, basic knowledge of natural sciences, basic knowledge of English, computers and their applications.		 The minimum number of credits to be completed is 153.
